Amazing experience with Pippa. I came as an anxious new mum with my 6 week old and Pippa was so kind, reassuring and understanding. After being dismissed by GPs she made me feel seen for the first time and agreed with lots of my concerns. She has worked wonders on my little one, he is so much happier since seeing Pippa and his body is so much less tense

Clear appointments, specialist help, no fuss

Your first visit is about understanding the full picture, not rushing to a quick guess. We take a case history, look at movement and posture, explain what we find and agree a plan with your consent. Follow ups let us review progress and adapt advice or treatment as needed. At Penarth Osteopathic Practice, one of us has specialist training in sports injury care and one of us provides specialist baby osteopathy and cranial osteopathy for babies.
